PACE - (Programmed Aerobic / Anaerobic Circuit Exercise) is a group exercise
program done as an interval circuit (moving from station to station every 30
seconds)
PACE uses patented hydraulic resistance equipment with aerobic/recovery stations between each strength machine to combine a cardiovascular workout with
a strength work-out in a work/recover format.
The aerobic/recovery stations help to keep the users heart rate in the target
zone. They hyudraulic resistance on the PACE Equipment accomodates to the
effort of the user - the harder / faster one pushes, the more resistance.
