AEROBICS CLASS DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Aerobics
60-minute class using low impact, rhythmic movements of the large muscle groups to condition cardiovascular system and increase aerobic endurance.

Arthritis Aqua
30-minute Arthritis Foundation Aquatic class; uses the warmth and buoyancy of water to help decrease pain & stiffness and maintain flexibility by safely moving joints through range of motion.

Aqua
This is a 60-minute workout using the buoyancy and resistance of water to provide an overall cardiovascular strength and flexibility conditioning with less impact to your joints.

Aqua Fit
Program is designed to teach basic water aerobic techniques, cardio workout w/strength conditioning. Advanced stroke techniques, proper weight management & daily routine established based on each individual need. Excellent to prepare children for lifelong health and fitness, also prepares children for other sports & teaches daily schedule.

Body Sculpting
This 60-minute muscle conditioning class designed to strengthen and tone muscles with bands and weights; building muscle (high metabolic tissue) helps in weight reduction.

Kickboxing
60-minute kickboxing workout takes all the elements of a boxer’s training program and puts them to music in a intense cardiovascular and toning workout.

Pilates
30 minute workout designed to develop body core and flexibility

Swinging Seniors
This exercise class improves endurance, coordination and balance through low impact aerobics and builds strength and stronger bones with resistance training.

Versa-Training
Everything is included in this complete 60 minute workout including aerobic conditioning (instructor’s choice), strength training and stretching.

Yoga
60-minute workout designed to achieve relaxation and develop flexibility.

Zumba
Dance based fitness program developed in the mid 90’s. The course combines Latin music with modern dance to create a 60 minute high intensity dance -aerobic workout.
